Meet Happiness uses Australia Post.
All orders comes with a tracking number for your piece of mind. Tracking is made easier with an automatic email updates, you can also leave your mobile number so we can enroll you with SMS updates. Or you can enroll and track your orders at

Australia Post delivery times varies due to COVID and is around 5-14 business days (can be delayed up to 30 business days during peak season).
Shipping upgrade to Express post is available at checkout. If you need it faster please choose this option. We can do your order in 3-5 business days but we don't have control over post office delivery times.
We use Australia Post for International Shipping.
Standard International Parcel Post is between 15-30 business days
International Express is between 10-15 business days
Please note, there might be delays due to COVID restrictions and few air flights. Don't worry. Your order will be delivered but might encounter some delays. All international shipping will have a tracking number so you can track where shipment has been.

If it goes missing or lost in transit, you can contact us and we'll lodge a file with Australia Post or you can contact Australia Post directly at https://auspost.com.au/receiving/delayed-lost-or-damaged-items/find-a-missing-item
1. Unless an error is made on our part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. The buyer needs to show proof of their claim that an error was made on our part. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Damage from misuse and abuse are not covered, nor is general wear and tear to the leather or edges.
3. If you lost a piece or hardware, we cannot make a refund or replace it.
4. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
5. If item is not returned in its original condition (You must return the item as you received it), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Orders with incorrect address given by the customer are non-refundable. Kindly check your address prior to ordering.
