All our leather goods are crafted from premium full-grain leather, sourced from renowned European tanneries. We use Italian Buttero from Conceria Walpier, Pueblo from Badalassi Carlo, and Volpi Leather from Volpi Conceria—each a respected member of the Genuine Italian Vegetable Tanned Leather Consortium. Additionally, we incorporate Chèvre goatskin leather from Alfran, a distinguished French tannery known for its quality and craftsmanship.

All orders comes with a tracking number for your piece of mind. Tracking is made easier with an automatic email updates, you can also leave your mobile number so we can enroll you with SMS updates. Or you can enroll and track your orders at

Australia Post delivery times varies and is around 3-10 business days (can be delayed up to 15 business days during peak season).
Shipping upgrade to Express post is available at checkout. If you need it faster please choose this option. We can do your order in 3-5 business days but we don't have control over post office delivery times.

1. Unless an error is made on our part, returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. The buyer needs to show proof of their claim that an error was made on our part. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
2. Damage from misuse and abuse are not covered, nor is general wear and tear to the leather or edges.
3. If you lost a piece or hardware, we cannot make a refund or replace it.
4. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
5. If item is not returned in its original condition (You must return the item as you received it), the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
6. Orders with incorrect address given by the customer are non-refundable. Kindly check your address prior to ordering.
